The theme for the June 12th class is: Dragonflies

Explore the life of a dragonfly from beginning to end! Learn how dragonflies live beneath the water and their amazing transformation to the aerial acrobats they become as an adult.

The class will start with reading the book Are you a Dragonfly? and then identify numerous items in the book that we see at 1000 Islands as well. A virtual hike on the Conservancy Zone will conclude the class. The approximate class time is 20 – 30 minutes and can be viewed anytime after June 12th on the 1000 Islands Facebook page.
